**Overview**

GovCIO is currently hiring an IT Technical Manager with an active Secret clearance to serve as a technical lead for an enterprise management team, SQL and Oracle DBA team, SharePoint team, and COTS administration team. This position will be in Fairfax, VA, and will be a hybrid position.

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead and manage a team of system administrators and engineers supporting critical federal systems
+ Assign and prioritize tasks in alignment with mission requirements and SLAs
+ Provide technical direction, mentorship, and performance management
+ Ensure high availability and resilience of mission-critical systems
+ Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning
+ Perform hands-on support of Enterprise SQL databases
