Job Description
- Respond and resolve all IT-related issues and concerns which include but not limited to hardware, software, cyber security, and network.
- Maintain and/or retain detailed records of IT-related supports.
- Receive and process requests for purchase of IT-related devices, upon approval.
- Grant system accesses, upon approval.
- Ensure that the data backup is carried out regularly, and create records as supporting documents.
- Evaluate requests for provision of technological hardware and endorse them to the IT Manager for review and approval, when necessary.
- Report updates to the IT Manager, and escalate issues, when necessary.
- Monitor the utilization of the company's resources e.g., hardware, software, cyber security, network, and recommend solutions to the IT Manager, when necessary.
- Ensure that all support tickets are logged as of month-end, and if otherwise, workarounds are in place so as to not cause downtime.
