About the Role As IT Technician you will support the organisation and deliver a high level of technicial support to BISAD staff and students.
Responsibilities - Investigate and resolve technical issues with BISAD computers
- Perform ongoing maintenance on BISAD's IT equipment
- Provide technical assistance with IWBs, projectors, printers, photocopiers, phones and other peripheral devices
- Ensure the security of all ICT assets
- Use the IT helpdesk to prioritise and track support requests
