Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct detailed client consultations to fully understand their financial situation, including recording creditor details and completing income and expenditure assessments

* Analyse client information to identify the best debt management solutions and guide clients towards clearing their debts efficiently

* Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients, maintaining a calm and professional phone manner throughout
