Jaguar Land Rover Northampton is recruiting a Business Manager (Sales‑Led / Customer‑Facing) to join our high‑performing retail team.

This is a hands‑on sales leadership role. The successful candidate will spend the vast majority of their time directly with customers, leading from the front by selling Finance & Insurance products at an elite level.
