Increase every 3 months with top out in 12

1st sift 7:00am – 3:30pm
2nd shift 3:30pm-10:30pm -work 35 hr > get paid for 40 hr PLUS 5% shift premium.
3rd shift 10:30pm-7:00am - 10% shift premium
