Job Description

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Chef in our Japanese restaurant, you will be responsible for creating authentic Japanese cuisine while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Creating various types of sushi and sashimi, including nigiri, maki, and specialty rolls
  2. Preparing and cooking hot dishes including ramen, udon, tempura, and bento box items
  3. Managing daily food preparation and cooking operations in the kitchen
  4. Supervising and coordinating with the kitchen hand for ingredient preparation and kitchen cleanliness
  5. Maintaining proper food storage and handling procedures
