**What you will do**
- Be hands-on in architecting and implementing backend solutions from a given set of requirements as an individual contributor;
- Create technical work plans and execute on those plans to accomplish backend objectives;
- Contribute to Wordly’s engineering processes and culture to maintain a cooperative and supportive environment for all;
**Must haves**
- **+3 years** of experience working as a Developer;
- Proficiency in **Java**;
- Proficiency in **Springboot, Micronaut** or similar inversion-of-control + dependency injection frameworks;
- Experience with **microservices**;
- Experience with **Unit Testing**;
- Ability to take direction from Senior engineers and work in conjunction with other engineers to accomplish objectives;
- Ability to independently design smaller software features;
- Comfortable working with a fully remote team;
- Upper-intermediate English level.
