• To analyse the global demands / changes for continous enhancement from global team and liasie it with local business & statutory requirement. Ensure the compliance with company global standards.
• To ensure any support tickets / enhancement / implementation projects are meeting deadline, resource budget, and standard SLA.
• To assist in mentoring juniors in any technical / functional configuration (if required)
• To manage a team of functional and technical consultants, supported by 4 main leads.
