Job Description
What You Will Do - Lead the collections and credit management function, ensuring effective control of accounts receivable and delinquency levels.
- Define and execute strategies to optimize cash flow, reduce DSO, and improve portfolio quality.
- Monitor performance through KPIs, implementing action plans to improve collection efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Oversee extrajudicial and judicial collection processes, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Legal) to ensure aligned decision‑making regarding customer risk and credit policies.
- Ensure proper segmentation and management of the customer portfolio, including high‑risk accounts.
