Experience required in working in retail sales environments, dealing with distributors, communicating effectively back to the reporting manager around sales using MIS reports. Functional Skills: Good knowledge of Sales, ideally in a Retail / Apparel sector. Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates? Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships? Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with Distributors and maintaining them over time. Getting Information ?
