REQUIREMENTS:-

• Providing strategic direction.
• Driving academic excellence and fostering impactful research.
• Ensuring the professional development of future healthcare leaders.
• Collaborating with senior university leadership to expand partnerships, enhance academic reputation, and shape the future of medical education and research.
• Doctorate required (PhD, MD, or equivalent).
• At least 5 years as a Dean or in an equivalent senior leadership role.
• Proficiency in English; Bahasa Malaysia preferred.
• 7 years in academic leadership (e.g., Head of Department, Associate Dean, Dean).
• Proven success in curriculum development, accreditation processes, and strategic planning.
• Strong research background with a track record of publications and research funding.
