JOB DETAILS

1) Create and maintain all necessary technical documentation. Ensure all work activity is accurately documented in our tracking systems.
2) Create and adhere to the design, programming and application standards. Including compliance with all company and departmental policies and procedures.

3) Develop preventative maintenance programs, disaster recovery plans and redundancy plans. Maintain and test these plans regularly.

4) Ownership of issues through to resolution

5) High level Incident and change management

6) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

7) Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and assignments.

8) Detail oriented individual capable of working both independently and within a team.
