Onitio is seeking a reliable and service?minded OT Technician
Onitio works with a range of partners where we have taken over all or parts of their internal IT support. We are now looking for a resource to step into a role as internal IT support at one of our customer locations in Rudshøgda.
**Responsibilities**:
Perform routine system checks, monitoring, and preventive maintenance.
Take ownership of incidents and requests from start to finish, acting as a single point of contact.
Handle complex incidents and problems (Incident/Problem/Change) at third?line support level.
Ensure effective communication between relevant departments, operations, end users, and external vendors to resolve cases.
