Elevate training experiences as a Senior National Trainer at TJX Canada, contracted for one year. Lead the delivery of the National Training Calendar in a hybrid work model.
This role is ideal for experienced trainers with three to five years in the field, aiming to foster learner engagement and community building. You will manage course planning, delivery, and assessment while supporting Market Trainers in developing their facilitation techniques. Collaborate with L&D teams to ensure learning outcomes meet business needs.
