The Jordan's Principle Service Coordinator primary responsibility is to act as focal point for the children and families we serve. In particular, the Coordinator will provide service coordination and planning in cooperation with other agencies, Indigenous Service Canada namely.
*Coordinator will work in collaboration to identify unmet needs and take lead in completing the Jordan's Principle Applications, securing supporting documentation, respond to requests for information, relaying information on the status of the application and completing appeals when required.
*Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required
*Coordinator will provide outreach and community engagement through education and information sessions on the Jordan's Principle process
