About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Communications Writer to play a pivotal role in shaping the public narrative for a major statewide infrastructure and connection plan. Sitting at the intersection of strategy, technical engineering, and community engagement, your primary mission will be to attend internal team meetings, absorb complex technical concepts, and distill them into highly engaging, plain-language public-facing documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate & Distill: Take highly technical energy, engineering, and economic data and translate it into palatable, clear, and engaging content for the general public and diverse stakeholders.
