**Job Description:**

We are seeking a licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician to join a growing solar installation team supporting projects across agricultural, industrial, and commercial sectors.

In this role, you will install, wire, and troubleshoot electrical components of solar systems, including AC/DC wiring, conduit runs, inverters, and disconnects. You will read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics while collaborating closely with solar installation crews in the field.

This position includes leading and mentoring 1–2 apprentices and requires strong communication and leadership skills. Candidates should be able to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and effectively solve problems on job sites.<...
