Med Surg Registered Nurse
Hourly Rate: $34.18 - $50/hour (dependent on education & experience) Agency Placement Fee: 25%***Eligible for Sign-On Bonus***
The Med Surg Registered Nurse's job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Participate in a formal orientation program, including designated hours for hands-on training and simulation sessions.
- Deliver patient care under the supervision of experienced nurses while adhering to established protocols and procedures.
- Engage in simulation training to develop and refine clinical and decision-making skills in a controlled environment.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to create and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, post-treatment care, and preventive strategies.
