About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and systems oriented Program Manager to join our Product Management Operations team, with a primary focus on product management tooling and enablement – specifically Aha!. In this role, you will partner with the current teams owning tooling and drive tool implementation and enablement for the tools, workflows, and standards that allow Product Managers to plan, communicate, and execute effectively. Rather than owning delivery of individual product initiatives, this role ensures that the product organization has scalable, consistent, and high quality ways of translating strategy into roadmaps, initiatives, and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Own Aha! as the primary product management and roadmap tooling platform, including configuration, governance, and ongoing evolution.
