The Jr. Buyer/Planner is responsible for the production planning and procurement of material. The Jr. Buyer/Plannerensures all production plans are in place to support the customer requirements andcreates strong procurement plans to support the month production plan. Using the planning tools, the Jr. Buyer/Planner supports the Production Coordinator and Operations Manager in the ability to accurately forecast the facilities trajectory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Create weekly production plan with updated risk items to support the company Line by Line report.
• Work closely with Site Planners on required Sub-Assemblies.
• Support Operations Manager and Production Coordinator in creating monthly labour plans.
• Review and complete Manufacturing Plans for new builds.
• Enter production plans into File Pro to support Program need dates.
• Actively seek opportunity to move surplus.
