Duties And Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Maintain healthy customer accounts and optimized credit utilization through timely collections and regular reconciliation of customer statements.
- Implement corporate marketing promotion programs and other relative initiatives to support sales objectives.
- Gather market intelligence and report relevant information to superiors.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Optimize sales coverage to ensure every customer receives timely attention, accurate requirement gathering, and responsive support throughout the engagement.
- Ensure an up-to-date monthly Quality Objectives (QO).
