**_About the role: _**
To serve as a centralized information center for all questions, inquiries, and complaints. To provide accurate information regarding all tasks and responsibilities performed by the Client Services Representative.
**_Key responsibilities: _**
- Determine carrier eta’s for pickup and delivery, flagging any potentially late arrivals to carrier and customer sales reps
- Enter valuable information into the system according to standard operating procedures (dispatching - loaded & empty verification - in-transit updates)
- Resolve and troubleshoot for any issues arising during the life cycle of a shipment
- Analyze customer inquiries, make informed decisions, and provide quality and timely updates to the customer(s) as needed.
