Job Description

• Prepare agenda of meetings with engineers, clients, suppliers and other stakeholders
• Provide minutes of the meetings and disseminate to all relevant parties
• Evaluate subcontractors and suppliers’ progress billings before presenting to the owners
• Assist in facilitating building permits and other requirements
• Secure quotations and ensure accuracy of quotations
• Assist in preparing Purchase Orders when needed

Qualifications

• A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field, with good academic standing
• Possession of or progress toward a relevant certification is a plus.
• At least one (1) year of experience as site engineer or architect in the construction or engineering industry.
