Job Description

We are looking for a skilled culinary professional who will be responsible in supporting the Main Kitchen Team in ensuring high-quality food preparation, presentation and contribute to the overall smooth operation of the kitchen.


Key Accountabilities

  • Creates and develops new dishes and recipes buy keeping up with the latest market trends.

  • Plans, coordinates and supervises menu implementations in a timely manner as well as proper documentation of the former

  • Comply with all the policies, procedures, work instructions and monitoring requirements in accordance with Peninsula Manila Food Safety Management System ISO 22000:2005 and attends trainings as necessary to assure effectiveness of food safety process.

  • Resolve food safety and quality issues

  • Implement corrective actions and control nonconforming products.
