The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Process and update the cash book, accounts payable & accounts receivable, and perform bank reconciliations.


• Perform supplier reconciliations.


• Recording of stock transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.


• Assist with cycle counts and annual stock takes.


• Review monthly age analysis.


• Assist with the preparation of management accounts.


• Assist with audit preparation.


• Understanding VAT calculations and ensuring compliance with VAT requirements.
