About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accounts Assistant to support our Finance team with daily accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong accounting foundation who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities - Assist in daily accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing and payment preparation
- Support month-end closing activities and reconciliation of accounts
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
- Assist in preparing financial reports and spreadsheets
- Handle supplier invoices, staff claims, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Work closely with the Finance team to ensure timely completion of accounting activities
- Perform any other administrative or finance-related duties as assigned
