Key Responsibilities
Assist with client billing, invoicing, and debtor follow-ups Process payments and maintain accurate financial records Support new client onboarding and CRM updates (e.g., MYOB) Manage travel bookings and help coordinate team events Provide general admin support including filing, reporting, and document preparation Assist with presentations, proposals, and team expenses Provide reception cover when required The role
