**Responsibilities**

+ Build features using AI-assisted development
+ Collaborate in agile, cross-functional teams
+ Attend client meetings and translate needs into solutions
+ Write clean, documented, maintainable code
+ Support QA and participate in code reviews

**Requirements**

+ Proficiency with AI tools (Copilot, Claude, Cursor, etc.)
+ Strong prompt engineering skills — this is required
+ Solid grasp of at least one modern stack (Java/.NET)
+ Strong written and verbal communication
+ Comfortable in client-facing settings
