Job Description

Position: Junior Bauleiter (Junior Construction Manager) 90-100% (w/m/d). Start: immediately or as agreed.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers in construction projects.
• Coordinate projects with owners and authorities.
• Assist with estimates, construction accounting and invoice control.
• Schedule coordination with craftsmen and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Training as high‑rise drafter, architectural drafter or construction tradesperson (e.g., carpenter, joiner, mason).
• Preferable further education, though can be acquired later.
• Reliable, coordination‑strong and precise work style.
