Purpose of the Role

We are looking for a driven, energetic, and commercially minded Junior Business Development Executive to join our Johannesburg team and support our growth strategy.

The Junior Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships within the commercial property industry, generating qualified leads, and supporting the business development process from prospecting through to project award.

The ideal candidate is highly proactive, enjoys networking, is confident engaging with senior decision-makers, and has a genuine interest in commercial property, workplace design, construction, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Research and identify companies that may be relocating, expanding, consolidating, or refurbishing their office space.
