Junior Chef 2/3 or Commis 2/3, One-Ninety Restaurant
We are seeking a Junior Chef to join our culinary team to prepare and deliver exceptional quality food to our guests. The role involves following standard recipes, maintaining a clean and organized station, monitoring temperatures, ensuring proper food labelling and storage, and communicating effectively with the Sous‑Chef and Executive Chef.
What You Will DoYou will collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive work environment and uphold the hotel’s high standards of professionalism. Your responsibilities include daily kitchen operations, proper station setup, temperature monitoring of chillers, freezers, and cooking processes, maintaining a sanitized work area, ensuring food labelling, and assisting in the preparation of menu items and specials.
