Job Description

• Assisting the Executive Chef/ Head Chef with daily operations
• Overseeing at least 3 outlets in terms of daily operations, training, ordering, food wastage control, etc
• Ensure proper opening and/or closing of the kitchen while adhering to Company SOP
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness within the kitchen and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations
