About the Role
The Junior Cost Controller plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful financial delivery of projects by closely partnering with Project Managers and project teams to establish, monitor, and control project budgets, costs, forecasts, and financial performance. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely cost reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Set-up Project
- Input and feedback on project costing in the Project Implementation Plan.
- Review and understand all applicable terms and conditions of the project contract.
- Project & budget set-up in the Dynamics system according to the project estimate in terms of WBS codes and structures, including client invoicing details, allocation methods and rates, billing rules, resource assignment, and monitoring.
