The Associate Project Analyst works between the Cost Segregation, R&D, Energy, Sales, and Finance department to support the Analyst team members with research to complete both a Benefit Analysis (“BA”) and Letter of Engagement (“LOE”) for the Sales Team. Individuals in this position are learning to gather and analyze real estate data to help maximize company revenue, set appropriate client expectations of tax deductions, and ensure the requested scope of work is accurate for the engineering department regarding cost segregation.

• Estimate projected tax deductions of cost segregation studies
• Seek input experienced leaders on more complex analyses or when training to handle more advanced studies.
