Job Description
Qualification
- Matric / Senior Certificate
- National Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Credit Management (NQF 6+)
- Credit Management III or higher strongly preferred
- Postgraduate certificate in credit risk/leadership advantageous
Requirements
- Must have own vehicle and drivers license
- Advanced knowledge of credit management, risk assessment & debt recovery
- Thorough understanding of financial statements & cashâflow impact of credit decisions
- Full creditâtoâcash process knowledge (order delivery billing payment legal)
- Strong understanding of legal collections processes & frameworks
- Comprehensive understanding of reconciliations, writeâoffs, revenue assurance
- Industry & market dynamics affecting payment behaviour
- Change management principles for process/system improvement
