Job Description
Key Responsibilities - Manage and support delivery of digital transformation projects within banking or financial services.
- Coordinate with business users, product owners, technology teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Track project plans, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
- Prepare project status reports, meeting minutes, RAID logs, dashboards, and management updates.
- Support requirement discussions, solution walkthroughs, UAT planning, implementation readiness, and post-go-live activities.
- Work closely with digital, data, AI, and technology teams to ensure timely delivery of project outcomes.
- Assist in digital process improvement, automation, customer journey enhancement, and operational efficiency initiatives.
