Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive eCommerce Operation to support our fast-growing online business across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, hands-on, and interested in learning how eCommerce operations work behind the scenes. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily execution, campaign setup, and data tracking.

Key Responsibilities

1. Platform Operations (Daily Execution)

• Upload and manage product listings (titles, descriptions, images, SKU setup)
• Update pricing and product information across platforms
• Assist in setting up vouchers, bundles, and promotional tools
• Ensure all listings are accurate, optimized, and aligned with campaign requirements

2. Campaign & Promotion Support

• Assist in campaign submissions (e.g. platform mega campaigns, flash sales)
