We are seeking a reliable and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure project milestones are met safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in the mechanical and electrical (M&E) sector and the ability to effectively lead and manage on-site teams.

Supervise, coordinate, and manage the daily activities of general construction workers, engineers, and sub-contractors on site.

Ensure all installation works are executed according to project plans, specifications, and strict quality standards.

Conduct regular safety toolbox meetings, plan safety training, and enforce full compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.

Assist in monitoring on-site material usage and coordinate with the administrative and operations teams to prevent project delays.
