We are seeking a motivated and reliable Junior / Entry-Level Desktop Engineer to join our IT support team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and eager to build their careers in desktop and end-user support. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for desktop hardware, software, and peripheral issues. Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop equipment and operating systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user accounts, email, printers, and network connectivity. Support IT asset management including inventory tracking and equipment lifecycle. Assist with equipment setup, relocation, and disposal as needed. Carry desktop equipment (e.g., PCs, monitors) up and down stairs in areas without lift access.
