Hire Resolve’s client, a well-established construction company in Durbanville, is seeking a Junior Estimator to join their team. As a Junior Estimator, you will play a vital role in supporting the estimating team in the preparation of cost estimates for construction projects.
Responsibilities
Prepare accurate cost estimates. Assist with tender submissions. Package RFQs (Requests for Quotations). Compile comprehensive BOQs (Bills of Quantities). Measure and create BOQs from drawings. Attend site clarification meetings for tenders and provide feedback to Senior Management. Follow up on RFQs sent to Sub-Contractors to ensure competitive pricing.
