Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Support Business Unit specialists and senior analysts ingathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
• Assist in analysing current (“as‑is”) and future‑state (“to‑be”)business and operational processes.
• Document functional and non‑functional requirements using approved templates and standards.
• Maintain requirement artefacts and support traceability across the project lifecycle.
• Assist in assessing the impact of change requests on scope, timelines, and delivery.

Functional Design & Solution Alignment

• Support the transition of requirements to System Analysts and technology teams, ensuring clarity and completeness of documentation.
