We are looking for a Junior Growth Specialist with initial experience in player retention, loyalty programs, VIP clubs or CRM systems to join our team in the online gambling sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of retention and loyalty campaigns.
- Assist in managing VIP club mechanics and bonus structures.
- Work with CRM tools to segment users and launch campaigns.
- Analyse KPIs such as ARPU, LTV, churn rate and bonus cost.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams.
Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in growth, CRM or retention.
- Exposure to loyalty programs, VIP schemes or gamification mechanics.
- Analytical mindset (comfortable with data and KPIs).
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM platforms (Optimove, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.).
