Overview

The Junior HR & Admin is responsible to support day‑to‑day HR operations and office administration for TCR Group Shared Services. The role focuses on accurate payroll preparation, efficient recruitment and onboarding coordination, HRIS and employee lifecycle administration, and smooth administrative support. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, discreet with personal data, and proactive in driving operational excellence.

  • Compile payroll inputs (e.g., new joiner, leavers, leave record, overtime, shift, allowances, deductions) and perform accurate data entry.
