Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical HR Analyst to support the HR department in manpower costing analysis, HR reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This role requires strong Excel skills, high accuracy in handling P&C data, and the ability to provide insights to support business and workforce decisions.
Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze manpower costing, headcount reports, budget tracking, and workforce analytics.
Manage and maintain HR databases, employee records, and P&C reports with high confidentiality and accuracy.
Generate HR reports, dashboards, and analysis for management review.
Identify gaps and recommend improvements for HR processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.
Support HR digitalization and process automation initiatives.
Monitor HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, recruitment costs, and manpower trends.
Work closely with Finance and department heads on manpower planning and budgeting. ...
