Junior HR Business Partner’s Core Duties
Provide guidance to managers and employees on all HR related topics Administer all life cycle changes Manage the recruitment and onboarding of new employees Support on all disciplinary matters and disputes Administer all leave and holiday requests Provide guidance and support for performance reviews Junior HR Business Partner’s Skills & Experience Required
