Job Description
- Provide first-line WMS and desktop support to warehouse users.
- Maintain WMS master data, locations, and inventory accuracy.
- Support configuration and functionality of scanners, printers, and handheld devices.
- Analyse WMS data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Assist with process optimisation, SOP development, and Lean improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain operational KPIs and dashboards.
- Create and maintain clear process maps and workflows using XMind and Microsoft Visio.
- Support digital process improvement initiatives using Microsoft 365 tools and Power Apps.
- Train warehouse staff on WMS usage and standard operating procedures.
- Support compliance with health & safety and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
