Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with maintaining IT systems and basic infrastructure


• Provide first-line support for IT issues and help desk requests


• Support system setups, updates, and telephone systems


• Help maintain and track IT equipment and assets

Qualifications:

• N+ or A+ certifications preferred


• Entry-level to 1 year IT support experience


• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking


• Good problem-solving and communication skills


• Willingness to learn and grow in an IT support environment


• Additional IT certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are an advantage
