They are currently seeking an energetic, driven Junior to Mid-Level IT Support Technician to join their team and assist in supporting their expanding portfolio of retail and healthcare clients.
Requirements
- Education: A completed Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–4 years of proven experience in an IT Technical Support, Desktop Support, or Field Technician role.
- Direct, hands-on experience working with POS (Point of Sale) Software is essential.
- Previous experience with Pharmacy management software is highly advantageous.
- Licensing & Transport:
- Must possess a valid, clean driver’s license.
- Must own a reliable personal vehicle (essential for regular travel to various client sites).
