Description:
- Provide technical support to users, both remotely and onsite.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
- Set up and support printers, desktops, laptops, and other peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
